I am largely computer illiterate, so I needed someone to transfer data when I bought a new laptop. They had it set up in little time and all of my files are right where they should be.

After upgrading to Windows 10 on our 5 year old desktop, and subsequently the computer rejecting the upgrade, I brought the desktop to Geeksquad to see if they could reinstall Windows 7 for me. Although the process took longer than anticipated (I had to order and wait for delivery of recovery discs from Gateway), the GS techs managed to get it up and running. Brought it home after 10 days of service, hooked it all up, and cumouter would not turn on. I brought it back to GS. They forgot to remove their independent OS disc. Just wished they had done that when they called me the first time to say it was ready to pick up.

Geek Squad was able to save all my pictures off an old laptop I used during my time in the army I was so thankful they were able to save them I thought they were gone for ever!

We purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and we had the Geek Squad take it for a day to install the latest antivirus software, reinstall Microsoft Office products purchased earlier in the year, and do a back-up of data in case there were any other issues. The service took a day which was expected (and given they were all working hard with back-to-back customers) and it has worked great since.

You set up our new PC, downloaded whatever we had going on plus then transferred info stuff over to this new Laptop from our old one. All we had to do was connect it to our wireless system at home.
