Agent showed me how he was transferring my pics so I can try it myself. Very patient.

I'm thankful for the peace of mind that I got by the Geek Squad being very helpful to me after I thought I lost all my data, they retrieved it for me and installed it on my new computer.

All of my photos and huge music bank were transferred without a hitch. The associate that helped me got the work done ahead of schedule. It was a huge relief to see my data on the new laptop.
