The backkup/transfer of data from my old computer to my new went fairly well until I found out that my contacts in my Outlook file could not transfer. For some reason, Microsoft won't allow transfer of contacts even though I purchased Office in my new computer. Very frustrating.

The agents transferred all my data to a new computer.
