When I dropped off the old computer for the data transfer I was told it would take a few days-it took 1 and 1/2. And they had everything done for me. I have absolutely no complaints!

Pc was easy to set up. Windows 8.1 is confusing. Hard to find files that were tranferred from my old computer. Geek Squad did not transfer my documents & pictures into corresponding files on new computer,.
