My data transfer started before hurricane Maria. I was told that there would be a delay; however, immediately after the store re-opened for business, my PC was ready for pick up.

I love my geeks! Extremely fast service, and took the time to introduce me to windows 10, and answer any questions I had. Made sure everything was transferred to my new computer.

All my requests from my device to my laptop was met.

So thankful to the Geek Squad team for taking care of this for me when they replaced my hard drive. My files were right where I expected them to be. Thank you!

Geek Squad was able to get my data ported over in a very short period of time. And nothing was lost and all items were where I expected them to be.

My computer needed to be worked on. I asked them to save my favorite game of Spider Solitaire that is no longer available. They did! It made me very happy and my computer works good too.

I bought a new hp computer and brought my old one in for the data transfer. They also installed s new version of Word

Glad was able to have most of my dated transferred and backup at the same time. Trying to locate my favorites from old computer but no success, may have to start over.

Each member of the Geek squad who we had dealings with were patient and very helpful. Took the time to explain what we didn't understand and took the time to make our Lenova work for us.
