debated...do it myself? geeks? I made right choice as having Geeks do saved immense time and frustration. Way nice to have transfer done, new solid state drive, would do same again.

The upload to my new IPad was great but I had also asked for my old IPad to be wiped clean...that didn’t happen. Eventually this happened.

New computer needed to have all my existing data transferred from old laptop. Job done quickly, and I can find everything I need (not much of a techie).

This is the 3rd computer that I have Geek squad transfer data on. My only complaint is that when product is complete, it can take a week to pick it up as an appointment is required.

The data transfer done by the Geek Squad was completed in a timely manner. When I brought the unit home all I had to do was log on and without a problem continue with my reports.

Windows 10 caused my computer to lockup during windows updating. I had to do a hard crash with the power button to get out of it. Then I would restart the computer and usually it would get back to working. Well I crashed it one too many times and it killed the boot sector functioning on my hard drive. I had to get the drive reloaded with Win 10 and my data removed and restored in the process. I lost all my other programs though which was a pain. I thought I had lost parts of my data, but as time as gone on I have found it all so far. In this case, I had them put in another hard drive but a solid state one. Now 6 weeks later the combo is working good.

Our air had water damaged screen and keyboard so needed a back up. The use of a Zip drive was necessary. We’re helpful with the process.

The Geek Squad transferred the data from my old iMac to my new iMac. All files were successfully transferred and my new machine was up and running.

Data backup was performed by Geek Squad at Murrieta store before they updated my system to Windows 10. The process was performed at the agreed price and agreed upon timing.

With the purchase of my new laptop, Geek Squad transferred ALL of my data from the old one. Everything was in its place; folders, files, music, etc.
