Bought a new Mac Laptop, and had all the date from old Computer transferred over. Went off without a hitch. Done well, done quickly, done professionally. Could not have gone better.

I was very surprised and please that Geek squad was able to help me. I didn't buy the laptop from BESTBUY but they were able to get the job done fairly quickly. I was very relieved.

I thought I had lost all of my pictures and date but they recovered everything for me and set me up so I can have everything backed up atomatically.

My screen died on my laptop and I needed to purchase a new one. Their data transfer gave me all of the data that I had on my old laptop along with windows 10+++

The geek squad representative was courteous and helpful. I dropped my laptop and old hard drive off Saturday morning and it was ready for pickup by the end of the day.

They did databack up to two laptops. Done correctly. Efficiently. They communicated well. It does seem to be a bit over priced but end product was good.

The Geek Squad tried to repair my damaged computer. When the computer was not salvageable they were able to retrieve data for me. Thankfully

Our home computer is used by several family​ members and recently was taken in for cleaning and data back up. Staff very friendly and sincere. Very satisfied with turn around time.

I was so nervous about losing some of my files in the transfer but when I compared the data on my old laptop with the data on my new laptop everything was transferred perfectly.

My pc was inoperable. The Geek Squad backed up all my personal data, repaired the pc and restored my data. It only took a couple days and all worked out fine I did not lose any dats.

When I purchased my new MacBook Pro (to replace my old MBP), they were able to backup ALL of my files in record time .... ten years worth! Very happy with the service I received.

The set up and transfer from on old laptop PC to my Mac laptop went smoothly.. have not found any problems with any files or pictures. So worth it to not fight with it myself.

They did transfer all my icons- I did expect more help - have to call AT&T Tech-Support for more help - take me three days to finish - love my new Dell now

Geek Squad agents were great. The only disappointment was I had to make 2 separate appointments for the transfer of data from my old PC and the install of Microsoft Office. I live an hour away from the closest Best Buy store & had to schedule two separate trips. Not the best use of my time & needless to say; gasoline! $$

Geek Squad was great to work with. They transferred all my data and did a backup for me. Got the work done sooner than they promised which was great.

finished before promised even though I told them there was no rush. Not a lot of data but represented almost 10 years of work product (irreplaceable even with external back up drive).

The had drive went out on my laptop. It was an older model laptop which had a hard drive which had moving parts. They suggested that I go to a newer hard drive which is digital and has no moving parts. It would be faster and the chances of failure and loss of data was much less. Now this was a sale for them but at least they gave me the option and a good price on the hard drive. They delivered the repaired machine exactly when they said they would and this guarantee was made before they replaced the hard drive which was definitely appreciated. Excellent service.

So glad Best Buy offers this service. All my data is important. The Geek Squad was there when I needed it. Thank you, Geek Squad.
