I needed a new computer for years, but was afraid of transferring my precious files, these guys saved my sanity. A small fee, one day of time and I'm loving my new computer.

My data from my old computer was successfully transferred to my new laptop! It was such a relief to find my old documents! Geek Squad is phenomenal!

Took new computer to get data transferred from old computer. I had my data backed up within the month to a external hard drive by Geek Squad so it was cover. Great deal.

The agents fixed problems with my Dell computer. However, when I got it home, the monitor is not paired correctly to my computer. They told me to bring both monitor and computer back and they would pair them. I am an 80 year old man and cannot lug these items to your store. I request that someone come to my home as part of my service contract. I will pay whatever extra is necessary, within reason. I am very grateful that they were able to restore my Family Tree.
