Hade to wait footherwise. Of requested work. But they're pretty qualified otherwised.

My PC was not compatible with Windows 10 and crashed it. The Geek Squad was able to retrieve all of my data, create a backup on an external hard drive and get me operational again.

Geek squad did a great job of getting data off an old laptop and restoring the use to me. Straightforward process.

Brighton, Michigan Geek Squad staff assistants have always been so helpful and so professional. I used their services multiple times from Dec. 2018 until Covid and then once in Nov. 2020. Other than that, I've used online 24/7 Tech Support because my computer issues tend to happen at odd hours and need immediate attention. I highly recommend the Tech Support package as worth far more than what it costs. It's like medical insurance: when you need it, you're grateful you've got it!

This service is excellent when you have no access of controlling your computer and need to back it up before getting a new computer. This service has saved my files twice.
