I am glad we purchased the protection plan for my wife's PC. The motherboard fried and they were able to pull important pictures of our kids off the computer onto a thumb drive.

These guys / gals do a great drop. They know their stuff and talk you through everything you need to know.

Hmm! This is a hard review. The data was transferred, however, it still requires a lot of tweaking. I just don't have the time right now to go over the details with the Geek Squad. It appears the Geek Squad just transfers data but doesn't take the time to make sure everything was transferred or where it ended up on the new device. I'm not tech savvy so I have to rely on the Geek Squad to make things right.

Have always had good service and prompt service with the Geek Squad. Use it in store or remotely.
