Having Geek Squad transfer my data from one computer to the other keeps me from having to buy flash drives and risking I can't get things done myself.

Got a new phone and all transfers were made and phone was set up and working before I left the store.

The Geek Squad transferred the data to my new Lenovo. I just brought in my old tower and they transferred the data. It was completed when they said. Very satisfied.

It was a data backup, not an actual product. $85. I didn't go back and get it because I had backed it up at home. This was extra insurance to protect my files. After the scrub, I lost Word and all other apps that had to be reinstalled. Given the situation, I would do it again, but it was expensive. My wi fi connectivity issue was not resolved. Still unknown if the problem is Dell or TWC/Spectrum's cheap router/modem combo.I think BB did what it could.

All of my programs were transferred properly. They even loaded Chrome and Firefox browsers for me. They took time to show me where everything was located on my new laptop.
