Was happy to have my computer tuned up & the data transferred to my new computer.

Backup for laptop done in timely manner and seems to be fine.

Laptop crashed. Password problem corrected. All data backed up as promised. Geek Squad performed the service efficiently and returned my laptop on time. Running great!

Turn around time was very fast - Agent was knowledgeable & tried a few troubleshoot options to ensure the transfer was not needed to save me as a consumer.
