My hard drive was damaged and I thought for sure I was going to loose all of my files, however they were able to save everything and transfer it to another hard drive.

The Geek Squad rocks! They transferred my old laptop hard drive into my new laptop and setup everything for me! The easiest swap out I’ve ever done.

The price charged ($100) was however on the higher side. However, if you had a Geed Squad membership...then this could have been free of cost.

my computer crashed i had no back up and they were able to pull my pics and other data out of it i lost some data but what they were able to retrieve was great

Service was very good for the time of year I needed it. My only complaint was that they installed Google as my homepage. I do not like Google and have not been able to get rid of it. I want MSN as my home page but there is something missing from it's Explorer to do it. There is a feature on the security system that I want to use but can't until MSN is my homepage. As we are having so much rain, it is difficult to get my computer back up to Best Buy to have this problem solved. I wish they would have asked me what I wanted as my homepage.
