Backup and data transfer were very good and cleaning old laptop all were done. New laptop operation were explained and laptop functions Well?

Needed the backup in emergency as my laptop died and had some presentations on it that had to be presented the next day. Everything was recovered.

All we had to do was bring in the computer and the Geek Squad backed up the date onto the hard drive and I did not need to worry.
