I needed my hard drive transferred so my computer could be repaired at Mac repair center. Computer came back working well & all data was still available to me.

The agent had to transfer data from my old phone to the new one, but the old phone had to be charged first and it to a long time! The agents found a seat for me and water to drink and kept checking back with me, I felt well taken care-of.
