The technician did a great job helping me set up my new tablet. He explained everything very clearly. I was very happy to have his help. My new tablet is great and he also got rid of the old tablet that was damaged beyond repair. I was very pleased. Thanks Geek squad.

I can't say enough kind things about the in-store service at BestBuy, the employees are fantastic, always willing to help. I see Tim, Nick , Grace and others in the Geek Squad dept. and they're ALWAYS nice and courteous.

The Geek squad completed a data transfer from one laptop to another laptop. The job was completed overnight and all data was captured. Excellent job.

I had an episode with my laptop that I really thought wss going to end up requiring a new machine purchase. I made an in store appointment with the Geek Squad and told them as best I could what happened. They had some theories to check on the spot. No luck. They offered to keep it overnight and do back up to my external hard drive. When I went to get it, I was told a power source driver needed updating and when it cleared everything was running smoothly! I still have the safe backup AND a working machine. What a relief! Thank you Geeks!
