    All of the information that was on the old computer was transferred to the new. one. The format was still the same, so all items were easy to find

    Fred at the Victor, NY Store was so helpful and is a great multitasker so nobody waits long. He just needs a few words from you on your issue and off he goes and it is fixed.

    computer crashed and of course nothing was backed up. Hard drive was backed up before being sent out for repairs. Everything looks good and I'm very happy.

    The events at the store were helpful and nice. The fact that I had to drive to the store 6 out if seven days to talk to them about my computers was ridiculous! You can only talk to someone in another country!

    THE GEEK SQUAD BACKED EVERYTHING UP AND HAD ALL MY NEW PROGRAMS INSTALLED WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME AND I WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING THE SAME DAY.

    My old computer was trash so it was great that they saved all my data. Wish they could of saved the programs also but guess they all have to be reinstalled.

    Geek Squad members very sympathetic and understanding with me. I had my computer compromised before I knew what was going on! I do not have the greatest understanding of computers as it is and when I brought mine in to the Geek Squad they were of great help to me about what happened and what they could do to help me recover information, recover my pictures and clean up my computer and add security to it. I am very grateful to them for all they did for me and helped me understand what they were doing. I now have them behind me for a year and probably more! Thank-you
