Not just outstanding, but Above and Beyone

Due to my age and physical condition, I wanted the device but did not want to go into the store. I have nothing but the highest praise for the assistance of Asst. Mgrs. Ray and Sean and the sales agent Greg. They came to my car! No wonder I continue to sing the praises of Best Buy, their products, and especially their service.

Gave it a 3 only because they damaged the computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This service worked well but the tech performing the recovery significantly damaged the monitor of the HP all-in-one PC I took in for a hard drive replacement. The monitor was in pristine condition and I was not happy with the scratches, some very deep, on the entire monitor. I take pride in my equipment and I just wished the Geek Squad tech had done the same. He performed a great job in the data recovery.
