Good idea to get backup for computer needing work

The Geeks I have consulted with over the years (Ben, Kyle, Phil in Collegeville PA) have been model of helpful consultants. They are patient, polite, well informed, honest and helpful. Geek Squad at Framingham store was not helpful.

Geek Squad is the Best!
