Disappointed with Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tuff was not completely transferred from my two laptops brought in for replacement of their HDDs with SSDs. The Geek Squad failed to increase my RAM, as requested, in either laptop. I am not a completely happy camper. I tried to reach a member of the Geek Squad my phone, I replied to an email received advising of their progress without any reply or call, and they failed too respond to a text. I spoke with someone at Best Buy, who would not put me in touch we the Vauxhall techs, but no note was sent to them either.

The Geeksquad is SO fast!

This time, there were 2 issues: - I had taken in my Webroot disc to be added to my new PC. It was not added & I did it myself at home when I discovered it was missing. - I already had a Microsoft Office account. The tech called me as he was having difficulty accessing it. He opened a new account instead. I spent over 2 hrs on the phone with Microsoft to remove the new account & add my existing account.

THEY FIX PROBLEMS!
