I had a lot of pics on the old computer and didn't want to lose them plus a few other bits and pieces of data. Wise and prudent decision.

I hadn't backed up my info on my laptop and so when I took it in for some repairs, the geek squad did that for me. It was easy and a good thing to do.

Geek squad was able to retrieve most of the data on my failed hard drive and transfer it to stand-alone storage device. Good job!

Although it was a little expensive for me, I still went ahead with the back up as I had important data to recover from my laptop.

The agents completed the service i requested on an old laptop before i recycled it. But when i asked them to verify that the work was done before i recycled my old laptop, they refused. I asked for a manager to approve the verification and the employee made it such a big deal.

Very pleased with the speed with which they did the transfer. Would recommend it for anyone. Saved me a lot of time.

My computer died and I had the Geek Squad transfer my pictures to a USB stick. Very happy they were able to save my pictures.
