Perfect customer servive

Repair of laptop computer

Without my computer I cannot work and thus can't make any money. When it failed and help over the phone did not work I took it to the Geek Squad. It took a little longer that I had hoped it would, but they found the problem to be an overheated RAM memory stick. Computer is now running fine and I'm back to work without having to buy a new computer and transfer all my files. Needless to say but I was thrilled with their service and patience with me. I'm 59 nears old and definitely not tech savvy.
