Good info transfer

Product is okay

I did a backup but was not comfortable with the process I had to follow. I brought it in for the Geek Squad to look at. They told me it backed up just fine. But the messages I get from the external drive leave me less than confident. Glad I can now bring it in and have an expert do the download. I am not a Microsoft person. The files I refer to are on my wife's PC. I us an Apple machine.
