Quick and easy.

I went ahead and went to the website on my smartphone. tell what I wanted ordered it paid for it and arrange for it to be picked up there in the store. Shortly thereafter I got the email saying that it was ready and I went and picked it up at the desk. All that happened while my son was still looking at options and trying to make up his mind. He's tickled to death with the choice I made so all is good.

SSD install

Computer is awesome

Was given specific instructions about transferring files from old PC to new PC, also knew that we would be picking up old PC with new. They still called and asked what we wanted to do with old PC & hard drive. Then said it would be longer before I could pick them both up so 2 trips would not be made. After picking up PC's, was very disappointed with transferring of files--had trouble finding pics & music. When found files would not open. Very disappointed!!!! Should have done it myself!!

The friendly Geek squad saved my laptop.

Geek Squad Back Up My Data Quickly
