Had problems moving my email data . Led to a bunch of manual re-entry. Was led to believe this would not be an issue but was using an old WLM that migration wasn't supported. Worked out settlement that was very reasonable. Only other negative was misspelling my name which now shows up on EVERY directory listing....works but .... Data movement for all other went well...

The geek squad always give great service. Had to buy a new laptop and they were able to transfer everything from my old unit to the new one.

I have heard some complaints about the squad but we have nothing but good things to say. They always get the job done and very helpful!

The laptop is running pretty good. Very happy with the performance. Also bestbuy did great job of backing up my data.

geek put our computer data on a flash drive for us.We knew that this should be done as our computer is several years old

Geek Squad was able to transfer files to the Google system cloud so I didnt lose them when my old Windows operated laptop died.

I liked the idea that everything was done efficiently, fast, and accurately. It was a relief that a professional did it.

I thought everyone I encountered in the store from the computer department to customer service to the Geek Squad was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond what I expected. the quality and price of the computers I purchased was great also.

Great for what we use it for. He needed a computer to finish college. His old one just couldn't make it . This is doing fine so far for what he needs it for.

Data transfer was quick and complete. The Geek Squad has been patient with all the problems I have experienced with my new purchase.

All the data was transferred quickly and efficiently. I was told that it would take 2-3 days; however, it was done the same day.

My external hard drive crashed and I needed to get everything backed up immediately. I went to the nearsest store I could find since I was away on a business and all my files were on the old one. I couldn't make an appointment and took my chances just by showing up. The gentleman was very understanding and assured me they would do everything they could as quickly as possible. Before leaving, I had a confirmation number and an estimated date it would be ready and was instructed to check the status via online. The next afternoon I did and it still showed as being checked in. I was ok with that. The next day it still showed a status as being checked in. I called to get an update but, kept referred to check online. After the 3rd day of no change, I called the store and waited till I spoke with someone. They informed me it was ready and had been for two days. I made the appointment to pick it up and once at the store, I asked why the status was never changed and why didn't I get either an email or phone call to inform me my new hard drive was ready. I was the informed that the system was new for the store and most of the employees were new to it and not fully trained on it. For a company as big as it is, I found this to be a very poor excuse and very unprofessional. Otherwise, everything I needed transferred over was completed.

The geek squad took 3 days to transfer a 3 gig card to a 256 gig card. Worse of all when i got it back all the folders on my card were gone. I had to show them how to do it and reset the card but in the long run i had to redo all my folders. But the install on my tv was outstanding. So i give them 3 stars

Holiday time could have caused delay but the Geek Squad got my data transferred and my computer ready hours before the time they promised!

I needed a data backup and a data transfer to my new computer. Job was completed quite timely, everything worked on the new computer, no data loss.

I bought a new PC and I have Geek squad. They transferred all my data from old PC to new PC. No issues. I am very happy.
