As far as I know it works fine I haven't checked. They saved my information on it & got it back on my computer.

I think you should assign a Geek Squad member to an appointment until all work is completed so there is not frustration when multiple Geek Squad members are involved and not privy to the work conducted.

Computer works very well. Old computer was also an HP as is this one. both worked very well!

It took 1 day to complete. and they gave a followup phone call to inform when competed. overall we were pleased.

I used this service in the hope that they could transfer the existing data from an old external hard drive that bit the dust. Unfortunately the old hard drive's data could not be recovered through Geek Squad services. The Geek Squad service was outstanding in that they kept me apprised of their work and then contacted me regarding other options (i.e., expensive outside data recovery services). Because they couldn't transfer the data, they refunded me the $99 fee.

The Geek Squad performance of transferring my data from the old laptop to new one was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable.
