The Agents downloaded information of an old computer hard drive

They are the best they transferred all my data from my old computer to my new iMac and also the virus all within a day they did the works

The agents were great and all my data got transfers, didn't seem to loose anything!!! Great job!!!

I have always used Geek Squad when purchasing a new computer - they set up everything so you can just start using your computer right away!

I purchased this to speed up the transfer of data from an old laptop to a new one. It worked the first time and was very easy to use.

Good response. They were so busy, needed my things looked at first, but i realized i was in the line in back of many other people. They did their best, instead of 8 days(est of time) it only took 5. They couldn't help they were so slammed. TY AH

The techs at my local store were helpful and describing what my options were, what they could and most importantly what they could NOT do.

They worked diligently with my husband and got it all accomplished with very little help from my husband. He was very pleased.

The service was good. My only suggestion would be to set up your mac first and then let them transfer data.

Thought my computer and associated devices had been hacked. Turned out that it had been "frozen" but no malware found. They tried to start it 3 times in the store before taking it, then fixed and cleaned it up. They also sold me a firewall program, and installed it. Were supposed to transfer to a back up, but through a glitsch the backup wasn't provided to the repair team. They refunded me for transfer and backup, as I can do this myself.

Trey, the Geek Squad tech, was awesome in helping me get data transferred from two nonfunctional laptops. I'm not a technical or technological person so having this support meant a lot. The My Passport portable storage device is 2 TB and red (cute!), plus it easily held all of my data with room for more. All in all, I'm glad I have it and I was very happy with the Geek Squad.
