Geek Squad rocks

Unfortunately, I don't have a car and have to beg someone to drive me out there (miles away). But I never worry that they won't be able to fix it; they always do. I hope to take my laptop in tomorrow, because my computer can't find the right setting for my printer (HP OfficeJet 3830). I even tried redownloading the software and that didn't make any difference.
