Geek squad transferred data from my old system to my new system, added new programs. I have always had great service from them

Got our computer back working and backed up all our programs, documents and photos. Best money spent on the Geek Squad program!!

I have found this computer easier to use. simplicity is what I was looking for and this one fills the bill. really great product.

Have been very satisfied with web root. Matter of fact I have it on desk top and 2 tablets and this is not the first time I have had it.

Only data is transferred, lost my contacts from windows 8 and an estimating software that I use in my business.

As always a successful back up BUT I couldn't find my current QB and called Geek Squad and said not their problem call Intuit. Called Intuit and they said they couldn't find it and had not idea where it was, when I found it call them back. VERY frustrating. Fortunately I was able to go back to old computer and download my QB. Seemed to be a lot of finger pointing and no help.

The agents cleaned my old laptop and saved the data to a portable drive.

I needed data retrieved from a backup hard drive, which was formatted for Mac retrieved. I did NOT want to take the chance of buying software to do it myself so I consulted best buy geek squad. they were able to retrieve the data from the hard drive and format it into ExFat so that the data could be read from both Windows and Mac computers. I did NOT have the option of having a Mac computer available to do it msyelf. For the price of the data transfer, it was well worth it.

I had a problem with my hard drive and they were able to save all my data. Just one tip, make sure to take your charging cord.

Upon purchase of my new laptop Geek Squad transfered all by a backup. Transfered all. Works great.

Bought a new Dell desktop to replace my old HP and the Geek Squad transferred everything I needed form the old computer to the new one.
