Great service providers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a senior citizen and not being all that computer savy I needed someone with technology skill to move all my info from an old-fashioned- 5 yrs old+ HP unit to a new HP tower I had just purchased. Afraid I had a virus but needing what I was used to using. Geek squad fixed me right up. In 2 days they had me in for a run through of my new computer with all my old information right there. I loved the new quick unit and the geek squad for making it happen..thanks guys and girls.

Service was good...

It took forever to be seen even though I had an appointment. They did not tell me ahead of time that I needed a hard drive but good thing I did. Also, when I called in to see if they could perform the service they never told me that I could have just made an appointment.

Simple way to move data to a new pc
