The Geek Squad is wonderful. I had always heard that most computer stores didn’t really like to work on Apple computers. (I probably heard that from a Apple store.) They were able to answer all my questions and fix or alter my new computer to suit my needs

Service did exactly as advertised. No issues with the results. Price was a bit high.

As far as we can tell the back up worked great. We are still trying to find things on the new Computer, may take some time.

THE COMPUTER IS SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER AND HAS A WIDE RANGE OF OPTION CAPABILITIES NOT AVAILABLE ON MY PREVIOUS UNIT E-MACHINES. GETTING USED TO 8.1 IS DIFFICULT AS THERE WAS NO INFORMATION INCLUDED THAT WOULD HAVE HELPED TO GET ORIENTED WITH 8.1 BASICS WHEN THE MACHINE WAS BOOTED UP THE FIRST TIME. i HAD WINDOWS XP AND AT TIME OF PURCHASE DID GET A LITTLE INFORMATION WHICH HELPED TO GET STARTED ON THE FIRST BOOT UP. I AM FINDING THAT I AM USING THE DESKTOP RATHER THAN THE CHARMS HOWEVER I DON'T USE THE TOUCH SCREEN SO I AM BUILDING DESKTOP ICONS

I wanted to dispose of an old computer and have the files on it backed up fully and the hard drive cleaned so it would be safe to recycle. The Geek Squad did it within a day and took the desktop for recycling, too

Under promise and over delivered. Best Buy was able to transfer my data in a few hours so that my new laptop is ready to use

Good work done by the squad to save missing data or any memory issue. A policy with the Squad is good to have.

I bought a new laptop, a Lenovo Yoga, and needed to have the data from my old one transferred - Best Buy did an excellent job.

My old laptop died after many years and I could not retrieve any personal files. BB did this and transferred them to a new laptop.

Had backup on my external hard drive as recommended while Laptop being repaired.. Feel safe nowl

Spouse's laptop (Win10) suddenly would shut down. All files inaccessible. :( Nothing we knew to try could remedy this crisis. Before this happened the plan had bee to swap out the installed HD and replace w/ a 480G SSD (not bought at BB). Took everything to BB. They assured us they could access the files (whew!) and in 24 hrs they had swapped the drives and reinstalled all files + put software keys in a separate file on the SSD. NICE! The spouse was happy, and we guys all know how valuable that is.

The service was very good. The person that took care of us knew her job and was able to provide ideas.

I am most impressed with "My Geek Squad!" The agents are so willing to help and so knowledgeable! My biggest fear when transferring from one computer to the next is the possibility of loosing my pictures (maybe a million?). They always assure me it won't happen and they are always right! It took longer than usual because of so many pictures, but they were most professional! Thank you, Geek Squad Agents! I always recommend buying computers at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad! Awesome!

The Geek Squad transferred all my information from old PC to new PC with no problems. Very professional and knowledgible.
