Geek Squad service

Laptop reborn from "The Blue Screen Of Death"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never a good thing to be taking any of your personal electronic equipment to the Geek Squad for repair. That said, both cusomer service agent and tech agent (that fixed my laptop) were both great. I paid for the expedite service, though ened up waiting multiple days (versus that of the 24 hr. turnaround outlined on the $99.00 charge), but in the end, laptop fixed and no more doing my biz on my tablet. These guys are great and I wouldn't take my electronics for repair anywhere else.

Success Again for GEEK Squad
