Backup as part of computer repair.

Evidently the antenna system for wifi originally installed on my desktop is not compatible with Windows 10. So whenever my PC attempted to update Windows, it would try wifi first (I don't use wifi). They found the problem and disabled the antenna. The backup was taken as a precaution, but was never used. So this review is really about how they debugged the problem. I haven't had a problem since.
