Geek squad did a data transfer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They really messed up my new laptop. My documents, office 365, downloads would not open. I paid 100.00 to have it done so I made appt to get help with it not working, and they couldn't even bring up my phone number to set the appt. They said just come in, but I have gone into the store before and if you don't have an appt number they won't help you. I purchased my microsoft source from you for my business so my IT person fixed my laptop, He had never seen such a mess. Also I have already filled this out once so you probably don't want to address a bad review. Very disappointed as I have never been treated like this at best buy.

Email migration required two attempts.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The at-purchase email (Mozilla Thunderbird) migration was found later to be incomplete, and the computer was brought back for a migration reattempt on a separate overnight ticket (separate fee). This second attempt completed successfully. The first attempt failure should have been detected and the second attempt fee at least partially discounted.

The people are polite and timely and they let me know exactly what they were going to do to get the results I wanted.
