The Geek Squad is great! I have used them for so many things and have always been pleased with the service I have received. From computers to TV, they know their stuff. I highly recommend the Greek Squad for all your electronic service needs.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job transferring my important files and photos from my old computer to my new one. The old hard drive was corrupted and I was concerned about what may have been lost, but no worries, they found and transferred everything.

was glad that the geek squad was able to transfer all my data from my old desktop intact. Very helpful agent talked me through any questions that I had and made suggestions on how to set up all my previous files in the format in the current system.

My laptop was giving me a problem. So I brought it into the geek squad and they backed up the data and then replace the bad disk drive in my laptop. Updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and restored 365 in all of my data was back on my laptop. This is why I always keep my service plan with Best Buy. Whenever I have a problem with my laptop or any other device I can count on the geek squad to take care of me. I have been a loyal member of Best buys For many many years now I have found that I could always count on them even want to purchase things for my parents and other states. They go in and set up all the gifts and teach them how to use it.

I had just set up this computer when it crashed following a power outage. I was not sure that I needed to back up the files as I did not have too much on the computer and had backed up most of the files already. However, I am glad I did.

Turn around time was two days. I told them what I wanted and they knew exactly what to do. That's worth the money for me, when I don't have to worry about anything. I just pick up my computer and I know it's done right. Great customer service to boot.

needed help w/a few things regarding new computer purchase. was able to see someone on a walkin basis as well as an appt. in a very reasonable time. They were able to resolve issues and direct me to resolve the rest of the issues. would use them again.

The Geek Squad agents are extremely polite, patient, courteous, and professional. Accomplished data backup, new computer transfer, set up, and hard drive removal from old computer.

I have always been lazy about backing up data but given that most computers suck and die in a year, this little device gives me piece of mind! Doesn't take up much room, easy to use and store a ton of data especially when saving pictures or music.

The staff member was courteus and knowlegeable and offered several options for my issue. It was really easy to understand him.

Answered all of my questions. Transferred data from my Windows laptop to the Mac quickly. Only wish they had told me that some of my files wouldn't be able to be opened on the Mac (Microsoft Money files in particular).

We needed data transfer from our old (1 year old HP) laptop, to our new Yoga. Geek squad and all of the staff at Best Buy have been very helpful and has helped us with some tips and tricks, along with the data transfer.

I was happy that the Geek Squad was able to recover my information after my operating system got corrupted. They were able to salvage all my existing data (photos, resumes, etc.) nd e-mails. Plus, they were able to upgrade my computer to Windows 10.

I have taken in several electronics to the Geek Squad and have never had a problem. In different stores and the staff is always up front and goes over the cost and what will be done and serviced. I always say, "We will have the Geek Squad take a look".
