Geek squad were very helpful in backing up data from the pc to the Mac but I have been having problems trying to run Parrells to retrieve my old data. Will probably need to reach out and have them help me.

The Geek Squad has always done a good job for me at handling my computer problems. They put all my data on my new laptop & then also moved things around for me when I picked it up & requested it. They're great people to work with!

I have done this before and it was a lifesaver as I had several valuable docs that I needed recovered from my old laptop. I decided to do this for my daughter in this instance and we'll see how it goes.

I got great service from the Geek Squad for transfering all of the data, pictures and documents on our old machine and transfering them onto our new laptop. They gave us quick turn around and all of our information was taken care of.

The Geek Squad helped save my computer. It was not opening properly and cleaned/backed it up. Now it is working much more efficiently and without headaches. They helped give extended life to an older computer, so I did not have to make a purchase that I could not afford at this time. The techs that helped me were knowledgeable and courteous. It was a good experience. I would recommend them to others in a desperate computer situation.

My old computer's OS was corrupted and they worked with me to retrieve what they could of my files from hard drive and transfer to new computer. Could not get everything, but got most of the important stuff.

I think they finally got it right, my music is in the Library as it shoud be . The last Data Transfer was everything but okay, the geek squad has made a beleiver out of me and I don't have any problem giving proper credit when it's due

I had issues with my computer so I took it in to Best Buy Geeksquad. It was no longer good they transferred all my information on a disk of some sort for me so I will always have it. Once again thank you Best Buy

I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me at the geek squad desk he was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations and explained everything after I picked up my unit everything works just as he indicated

The Geek Squad transferred my files from a crashed external hard drive to a USB memory stick that they recommended. With the transferred files on the memory stick, I was able to transfer the files to another hard drive with no problem

The geek squad is great, but you don't need this particular service if you have an external back up drive and a little time. I was able to do it myself. However, if the time is more important, than I would recommend this service.

So glad that I had the option to have the data from my old laptop transferred to my new one. That was my biggest worry when buying a new laptop, losing all of my files. With the help of Geek Squad, I didn't have to worry about that.

The GS was able to retrieve 2 years worth of customer date from a PC whose hard drive had failed. They knew how critical the lost data was and went the extra mile to retrieve it. Well worth the annual cost for support.

Geed squad did a great job of moving data, settings, and favorites from my desktop computer to my new Surface Pro 7. The result is that the new Surface Pro 7 looks/acts exactly like the old tower.

the technician took care of transferring 3 hard drives onto an external drive. They called me back earlier to let me know it was done.
