Bestbuy did a great job on computer. There was a lot of stuff to transferand go through then when we went to pick our new one up they took the time to explain stuff which was even nicer. Great people.thanks!!!

Data Transfer service on 1st PC took 3days, much longer than the 24 hrs. told to me. Problems with 1st PC after. Returned and exchanged PC for another. Transfer to it satisfactory.

The agents were very thorough and helpful. Unfortunately my computer went to the computer graveyard. They did give me my hard drive which they loaded into my new computer.

Our old laptop had crashed and unfortunately we had not done a good job of backing up and storing. So when we had to have them transfer all info on old computer to new one .... they saved everything and put on our new computer. omg! thanks!!!!

I had almost 66,000 songs in my iTunes library on my external hard drive. Without warning, I was unable to access my music which immediately caused me to panic. The Geek Squad was able to transfer every single song to a new hard drive!

I took my Apple Laptop in several times and each time they were very polite and made sure I knew the next step. I was in so many times I thought they would say ... OH NO there she is again!! Each time we did a step and I would leave feeling like they were giving me the best service anyone could ask for. At the end it was time to send it in to be serviced, very polite told me what the cheapest problem could be and the worse problem. The agent could tell I was undecided what to do, she advised me to take a few days and think about it. After a few days I decided it would be best to not send it out, do to the cost it could be since each time we were hoping it wasn't the mother board and that was exacting where we were headed. Do to the service I received I returned to the store but this time buy a new Apple.

I wanted to mirror my laptop screen for both business and entertainment purposes. I followed j5create's instructions to download the latest driver from the internet. It took only a few minutes to download and install. I connected an HDMI cable to a Sony 4k, and per the j5create instructions (first connection must be after the software installation is complete) connected the j5create device to the HDMI cable and plugged the USB into my laptop. Results- a great picture and sound. (Note: For sound you may have to right click your speakers icon. Select playback audio devices and choose USB). Depending upon your system, you may choose to use your computer's audio (sound card), and select that option, when you disconnect your laptop from your television, however I found no difference in the audio quality.

Used it on the laptop thier service is good and friendly. Were able to get the job done

Geek Squad did a great job transferring all the data from my old desktop to my new laptop, plus onto a back-up hard drive, and gave me the old hard drive from the desktop. They did it in less than the 48 hours they projected.

Geek Squad did a great job of transferring all info on my Windows laptop into a usable format on the new MAC. They heard my requests, answered my questions and completed everything I'd asked them to do. Very happy!

My old computer crashed and I used the Geeksquad to download my info from the old hard drive to the new HP. They had it overnight and it was ready to go the next afternoon. I wouldn't be without the Geeksquad

Geek Squad cleared my old harddrive so I have my old data. Don't know what we would do without Geek Squad. So far we are happy with hem.

The data transfer from the old computer to the new one was done with no problems. The service tech was friendly and professional and explained the process thoroughly. The same for the installation of the Microsoft Office software.

The Geek Squad were able to transfer my data very quickly, and all of the documents and pictures I wanted were there. It was much faster than figuring out how to transfer everything on my own, and I didn't lose anything I needed.
