The Geek Squad successfully restored my data and kept me updated on their progress daily.

We were out of town so did not visit the Geek Squad until 9/26. Ron Basso (Geek Squad Manager) greeted us at our appointment time. He listened to our needs and asked questions to be sure we had not missed anything. The Geek Squad contacted us when the data transfer and software installation had been completed on 9/27 and our new All-in-One was ready for pick-up. In addition. Ron was very helpful and showed us how the files and programs were set up when we picked up the new computer. His explanations made it east to set up the computer at home.

I made the right choice going to Geek Squad for this service. The agent made three attempts to get my data onto a new SSD, and was successful the last attempt. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Geek squad folks were able to help me recover from a hard drive failure. I had a major amount of files that I could not afford to lose. They were able to recover them and load them onto the replacement drive they installed.

I am still trying to get use to my LapTop. Do intend to make appointment to have help in finding how to get to some of my information that was suppose to have been transfer from my PC to this Lap Top.

The Geek Squad was always transparent about data transfers from my older computers. When picking up my new computer, the agent explained everything in detail and walked me through the in home steps. Best experience I've had yet.

The Geek squad transferred data from HP to Mac and I haven't had a problem in a month of use. Everything works and they answered all my questions. Very professional too. Very good service if you have other computer problems too.

Overall, I like Best Buy for it's service, it's convenience, and it's periodic sales. i feel that you offer great prices for the products, and your staff is always there to answer questions and concerns about your products, generally above and beyond
