Transferred data and rebooted laptop. Very good service and wonderful people to work with. Very knowledgeable. Very patient.

Nick was excellent. Without an appointment, I took my laptop in for emergency service. Lost microphone and camera units (not working) I told him I could only leave it 24 hours as I had a trip in two days and would be taking with me. Right there on the spot - he got to work on it. Within 20 minutes he fixed the problem. Wow. What a champion! Exceptional technical ability and customer service.

The agent was great. He understood my situation and resolved it quickly thereby respecting my time. I was impressed that he was able to back up my data even though the PC blew (taps)!

I am impressed with the expert service I received by the Geek Squad when they moved some of my files that the online backup restored to my new PC and placed them in a different user account than the one I created.

The employees are easy to deal with and timely. I was able to get my data transferred in less than 3 days. I was a little unhappy with the price though.

When I needed a new hard drive for my laptop, I was concerned that I would lose my data in the process. Geek squad protected and transferred EVERYTHING, just as I needed it to be . ALL THAT WORRY, for NOTHING!

My computer was on the fritz with no hope of getting he data and this service was very helpful and I got my data backed up with no hastle it took about 3 days but well worth the wait to get all of my information off my computer

Yes, It was so much easier to bring the new and old computer to the Geek Squad and let them transfer all the info off your old one into the new one and they also make sure they aren't sending over any viruses.

The set up was done well and timely. The back up was good but they did not transfer contacts and had to return to have that done. Apparently the check person did not ask if I wanted that

People were very nice, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, transfer data quickly, explained things so I could understand them

I had a problem with my computer, the software got corupted. The Geek Squad did a great job in data backup & transfer and repairs. I might add that the work was accomplished at the time they said it would. They are the best!!!

When I brought my new pc and also brought my old pc to transfer my data,week square said it will take three days but it only took one day and I was very happen. The week square are the best.

They work fast and got everything off my dead computer. Can't complain about that. However I could complain that everything that was recovered is placed on an entirely different since. It just looks messy.
