quick transfer. The only problem I had was that as soon as my computer was out of my possession, accounts I hadn’t used in years were being hacked and reopened.

Has the features I needed and wanted. Great price. Staff at the store were helpful and I would recommend purchasing at Best Buy for the personalized service and the Geek Squad assistance.

My old laptop was literally about to died without me knowing and i didn't back up anything on it. So i came to best buy and i was able to backup all the data into my new laptop or on a device. They were very helpful.

Had bad c drive on my old computer. Had the Geek Squad retrieve my pictures and other items and down load onto my new computer. Of course I thought the charge was too high but it was worth having it done.

Very happy to have all the data in the new device.

My old PC quit working before I could make a current backup. Geek Squad was able to transfer the majority of my data to external hard disk. I was able to get the rest from earlier backup.

I had hundreds of files that had to be transferred to the new machine. Mission accomplished on-time and at price quoted. They even helped me a few days later when I managed to lock myself out of my new computer!

Instead of replacing motherboard on my decade old computer I purchased a new one. I was worried about getting my old files and pictures etc. transferred. No problems. The Geek Squad provided excellent and courteous service

Needed the back up for work files, was told it would be a couple of days it took almost four. The were short people. Not sure if its worth what they charge, but needed it done quickly.

Geek squad transferred data from old computer to new machine. They left a back up copy on new computer which came in handy as not all information was set up as expected. Well worth the cost!

Liked how easy it was to use the service. Just make an appointment and drop off your computer. It ready when stated and you don't have to struggle and worry about transferring everything.
