The Geek Squad always does a fabulous job they showed me where my documents were it was awesome.

I have used Geek Squad for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their assistance. The work was done quickly and finished before the estimated time I was given for completion.

It took about 4 business days but they did a good job and even set up my computer at the store to show me where to access the files transferred. It was definitely worth the money.

Had Best Buy transer my data to a new SSD they were installing and make it my primary start-up disk and my old disk as my backup. Works great.

I had a lot of questions about what might happen to my special programs when I took it in as it affected my work. The Geek Squad was very good at assuring me that they would give me the best care available. Thank you for that peace of mind.

Because the HD on our computer was totally shot, the Geek Squad needed to try to recover pix and data on it before replacing it. All info was efficiently removed and relocated to our external where it now safely resides.

My old computer was not working. The squad looked it over and needed to send it off. The result was it could not be repaired. It was replaced with a new one when I added some extra cash. I needed the saved photos so it was sent to the folks who do recovery. I had at least 5 calls from the group and they were all very helpful. they were able to recover everything and I now have the external hardrive and all our photos. I have purchased 2 HP"s in the last few months and trying to get a third but everything is on sale but the one I want.the HP 15-BS015DX. 15.6 touch screen for $499. I may have to go to HSN or QVC this weekend to fill my needs. Even if I do like my Dell I will still have the SQUAD take care oof the technology like my plan now.

Geek Squad did a back up on my new computer after we had to purchase a new one. It is great having this service. Anytime I need help, I just call Geek Squad and they are very helpful.

The Geek Squad recovered all of my data from my hard drive after the Motherboard crashed in my HP laptop. They were life savers and it only took 3 hours the same day I took it in!!!! Fast, Professional and very Helpful!

Had to wait for store rep for information on the new HP Envy. He was knowledgeable and got everything we needed to work including new printer. Had to go to Geek Squad to install some of the software purchassed and permission to transfer from old computer. We waited approximately 30 minutes. When notified it was completed, went to pickup and had to wait about 1 hour. I guess the waiting was the biggest annoyance. Home setlup was fast and accurate. Just waiting for high speed internet to be installed as broadbrand does not support Windows 8.1. May need additional help when that is completed.

These guys have been so helpful with all my troubled devices - data transfer, trying to recover data from damaged flash drives, updating and scheduling back ups. Definitely worth the investment.

They took care of all this for me which was a great relief to me as I have limited skills in this area.

The Best Busy Geek Squad member that transferred the data from our old laptop to our new Lenovo was able to get it done the same day and then explained how to access all the information.
