Was having problems with my computer..It was not responding to every command and had a screen on Safari I had not ordered or loaded..They downloaded my data on a unit so it would not get lost..It worked great..

I've had Geek Squad for a number of years. After diagnosing a pending hard drive failure, a better internal hard drive was installed with all data from old drive transferred.

When I bought my new computer, I was concerned that I not lose files from my old one. The Geek Squad transferred all of the files and did so in two days less than their initial estimate. Everything seems to be here.

The Geek Squad did a great job in backing up and transferring data for me from one computer to another. I would not be without their Service. They have resolved a number of computer issues, and are available 24/7.

the first unit had the files transferred and it functioned a week of 10 days then had issues. Geek squad determined it had a defective hard drive. they downloaded my files to a second unit which is functioning GREAT.

I took my computer into the Geek Squad. I purchased a new computer and they did the computer transfer. They had my computer back too me before the stated time. I appreciated the fast service.

The Geek Squad was able to transfer all of my laptops data to a new SSD but not all the programs and apps (They did not make a Ghost copy of the original harddrive). It took many hours to setup the original programs and apps. The new drive is fault free,

Great job backing up and transferring my data but was disappointed they didn't load my Norton software anti virus but decided without asking me to load a different anti virus software.

I got this when someone got in my computer & messed it up. I had to buy this data backup so they could back up the stuff on my computer & I wouldn’t loose it when they reformatted it. It worked great!

I purchased my new lap top on Black Friday weekend, and handed them my old, rickety lap top. Picked up everything Monday with a complete data transfer, and installation of Office and virus protection.

Staff were very helpful and informative, they went above and beyond to help recover files and then to wipe computer clean to start fresh. This saved us from having to buy a new computer.

I was happy to know that not only could they save all my data - but they were also able to reinstall Microsoft office professional on my new laptop Happy to be back at work again!!
