I was very please with the data back up that Geek Squad did on my computer that had crashed. I was able to restore my computer and then load my data back onto my computer. I didn't loose a thing. I was very grateful.

I had the Geek Squad set up and transfer my data from my old computer and I'm very satisfied with the work. The representative was very knowledgeable and spent time answering all of my questions. Very helpful.

When I purchased my laptop I also got the Geeksquad support. Two years later I got a new laptop and Geeksquad did a data backup transfer to my new one and it was easy.

Due to time constraints I had Geek Squad do set-up and transfer of data from my old computer to new one. When I first used it, everything was fully functioning which was good.

I purchased a new computer because mine broke. Geek Squad was able to retrieve all the data from my dead computer to the new one. They walked me through were to find all my information, too.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job of transferring my programs and back up information and were clear and concise in responding to all of my questions. The transfer of data was done within the time frame promised.

If not for the K******* security program my backup have been fine. GS fixed the proplem but K overroad the GS repair. GS removed K and the backup was available. Thanks Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad did a great job pulling data from the hard drive of my old laptop. Be sure to bring all of your passwords when installing all of your new programs on your new product.

The Geek Squad could not have been any nicer. They backed up my information and explained the operation of the new computer. They answered all my questions and assured they would be able to help me if I had any more.

THey were able to retrieve my data and reload the operating system. omly issue was that they did not save my saved wed sites. all of my bill pay site were gone.

I was very happy that all my information was transferred to my new laptop. The only thing is that they left the back up file on my new laptop, which I'm guessing I can just delete?

Lacking knowledge and time to do this, it was both convenient and reassuring to know that my data and pictures would not be lost when they scrubbed my laptop to rid it of malware.

I had to transfer all the data from an old computer to the new one and the Geek Squad did it faster than promised! They did great work and were very friendly and professional about it. Very pleased with the service.

The Geek Squad transferred "My Pictures" and "My Documents" but neglected to transfer "my E Mails" I talked to "Justin" from the Traverse City, Michigan Geek Squad on 12-12-17. He said that they can solve that issue the next time I bring my lap top in the store. Seeing I live over 100 miles round trip from the nearest Best Buy and it is winter with snow covered roads I could wait until the weather clears up to have them solve this issue. There is also an issue with printing on 4 x 6 photo paper. He also said another person had the same issue and they could help solve that too. Looking forward to having both issued solved.
