If I am reviewing the addition of my floppy disk files to my C-drive, it needed to be done and the Geeks did a great job. The description in the title is too nondescript and brief to know for sure what I am supposed to be reviewing.

Took my laptop in to be checked. I asked if it was possibly the battery. They didn’t know. Told me to order one on Amazon. I had them do a backup onto a jump drive. Cost me $100. Bought a battery on Amazon. Works great.

My old laptop was dying and slowly corrupting files. I am very pleased with the price and speed with which the data was transferred to my new laptop. Good job guys and thanks again for installing some new software.

First time taking laptop to them. Initially, service was timely and responsive.!Rep appeared knowledgeable, patient and friendly . Same day repair/fix was completed.Had to return within a day with similar issue cause original fix was not comprehensively fixed. This time took the max promised time (3 days). Lost potential business opportunity and data. I was negligent in backing up. However, they were helpful by giving me the option to take laptop back home to backup before they worked on it the second time. Mistakenly I chose not to- Suggest different system for tracking repair job. It gives no details nor expected repair completion timeframe.

Absolutely a great service for those who are not so computer savvy. Diana made sure to explain detail and timeframe of the data transfer. Was actually done ahead of time. Very impressed and they were all very nice.

I needed work done on my computer, but forgot to back anything up. I bought an external drive in store and had the Geek Squad backup my data. Nothing Lost. Nothing tampered with. Excellent work.

My new computer is fast and easy to use. I like that it has wireless in it and I don't have to use an external source. I haven't routed my wireless printer to it yet, so I can review that part. Overall, very happy with my purchase!
