My Geek Squad experience in general is good. The "squaders" are very friendly and professional both online and in-store. However, I had a back-up device and only wanted Geek Squad to ensure that everything went correctly so I had them back-up from my device to my new laptop. Even with providing my own "back-up" they had to charge me the full price. Thought is was a little steep. Also, even though I had an appointment in-store, I still had to wait about 20 minutes and felt the overview with my new computer was rushed.

Geek squad helped me out on my computer. The only complaint I have is, the computer wasn’t ready when they told me it would be ready by. But other than that, they did great!

I was apprehensive to let Geek Squad do the transfer but they came thru with flying colors

The tech support for set up and transferring of information from my old computer to my new one was outstanding. Don't know if I can mention names or not but Mike Acunna was outstanding through out the process.

We have used Geek squad many times over the years. We are very happy and feel comfortable with their work and advice they have given us. It is well worth the money we have paid, which is reasonable.

My desktop took a direct hit from a lightning strike and pretty much fried. Took to Geek Squad and they were able to recover all my files! Handled it quickly (they had said 4 days-but was ready in 2).

Geek Squad setup my new computer. Left the store went home and found everything in order. No problems pulling up any of my files from old computer. I love this service and have used it in the past.

I do believe that all that could be transferred from my old phone to my new one was indeed transferred.

My hard drive as relaxed in much less time than communicated. Working perfectly now. I have been a geek squad member for years. It is very worth the cost.

Geek Squad is a great service to have. My computer died and they transferred all of the data to my new computer. Helped in getting running with new computer without having to figure out where everything was.

When your laptop ,( 2 of them actually , but not at the same time ) Failed in some way , All my data was transferred ,,,, and saved the Day .

The Geek Squard transferred my date to my new laptop and it was done 1 day ahead of schedule. They took me through the process to also explain all of the new features on my new laptop
