I had a lot of files on my old computer that I wanted to save to my new laptop. The technicians transferred everything I wanted onto my new computer in a file that I have been able to download and save easily.

They did great work transferring my data from the old to the new.

My agent answered all my questions before and after transfer. It was a week before I tried my new computer and was able to use it with no problems! Every thing I needed from old computer was right there!

Had the Geek Squad transfer all files, documents and photos from my old computer to my new computer. Love that they are all in one place. Took 1 day. Need to make appointment for drop off and pick up.

It took a couple of times to get this in order but they finally got all my info onto new computer. I guess it's a little more difficult getting it from PC to Apple.

my eight year old Dell computer that was purchased at Best Buy finally died. I took it to the geek squad near arrowhead Mall and it was suggested that I finally replace the computer. I settled on a new Lenovo desktop computer. The geek squad was able to transfer much of the information on my old Dell computer. The Lenovo is a little over two years old. What ever issue I might have had. By using the geek squad in the store or on the phone has been superb. For many years when anyone asks me of about buying computers. I have said when you purchase a new computer. You must join the geek squad.

I like the speed. The keyboard layout is more awkward than the machine it replaced. The salesperson give me some misinformation - not deliberately, she was misinformed herself.

After my computer was hacked and locked internally the Geek Squad staff did a good job of restoring as much of my data as possible in a short time. They were good about keeping me up to date on their progress.

Greek squad saved me when my computer got a hardware failure. They were able to transfer all my documents! They were able to get the documents transferred very quickly for me. I would highly recommend them.

They transferred my data to my new laptop just fine, however, I wish they weren't so busy and had more time to explain different features an pop-ups on my new laptop purchased.

They backed up all of my info from my computer before fixing the problems. I have heard other places may not do this and you loose everything you had stored on your computer.

The Geek Squad was able to salvage most of my data after the hard drive died. They were very polite and patient with me and explained why some of my data could not be transferred.
