appreciated Manuel getting email to work on iPhone & Woody for helping me understand new computer & that everything transferred properly. Both are nice, knowledgeable, young men.

Easy to set up- purchased for my "elderly" mom and has been very easy for her to figure out.

This one of the finest laptops I have ever had. Dell is a great brand, and is known for it build quality and dependability. I do believe the particular one I purchased is being closed out and replaced by an equivalent or better model. I would not hesitate to by a Dell from Best Buy again.

Product great -- sales person not. Supposed to get cash back after getting Best Buy credit card . NOT HAPPENING Not want anything to do with their card - customer service person was nasty.

I purchased this laptop several weeks ago now. I find that it is much improved from my old computer. It has great speed when initially booting up. I have no complaints at this time.

Easy to set up! It's kind of nice to have a Dell laptop again. I used them for several years at a job that I had and, for the most part, a Dell is very reliable.

While the memory size and speed is good, this has a cheap feel to it. Plastic and flimsy. The fan turned on the moment I turned the laptop on. If we need the fan before the hard drive even gets hot, what does that say?

Easy to set up. Very sharp, clear screen content. Was surprised how much I like the touchscreen as have been resistant to getting one.

Good value for a high quality laptop. Nice screen and keyboard feel. Great specs and Dell support should be good. The display isn't OLED but it's perfectly fine.

Overall a decent laptop. Minus one star for battery life and it not automatically connecting to my preferred wifi. Depending on how you use it it doesn't last more than 4 hours, not a big deal for me.

I'm generally happy with the computer thus far. I like the seamless way it seems to have transferred the majority of my data seamlessly. I don't like that it won't let me use Classic Outlook, but it appears Geek Squad will be able to fix this.
