I picked up this Dell 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop (Intel Core i7-1355U, 16GB RAM, 1TB Storage, Carbon Black) during the 2025 Black Friday sale, and so far, I’m impressed! The laptop was not initially booting up as looks like the battery was completely drained out. Kept it plugged in for sometime and then it started. The setup process was straightforward and user-friendly. I plan to use this laptop mainly for personal projects like my Amazon T-shirt business and photo/video editing. I’m not much into gaming, so I can’t speak for heavy gaming performance yet, but I might try Age of Empires soon! Overall, the laptop feels fast, responsive, and meets my expectations. The large touchscreen is a plus. The only drawback is it feels a little cheap when you hold it in hand or on your lap. Somehow the case and keyboard doesn't give an elegant feeling, but that has nothing to do with performance!

It’s a good computer for your everyday needs and then some. I just need it for basic stuff but this can do so much more and handle of games to like Call Of Duty.

Purchased a laptop online at a significantly reduced price. Went to the store to pick up and it was sitting there in the store. Took 'maybe 10 minutes for the whole process (ordering and pickup). i have purchased numerous items from Best Buy AND IT TRULY IS ALWAYS A BEST BUY!!

So far a good laptop . It doesn’t work with my old school games like Age of Mythology or anything for windows 98 etc lol . But the speed is decent and battery just on the ok side . For the price I think is fair .I just hate the fact that it doesn’t have an internal dvd drive anymore and I had to purchase separately.

It's a pretty good choice, good price for a real good laptop, faster, with touch screen and good disk drive.

Feature laden Dell Laptop with excellent specs. Good bargain for the money. Feels slightly flimsy though, compared to Dell computers I have owned in the past.

My Mom was in need of a new computer for her office, and after doing some research this Dell seemed to fit the bill. Overall, the machine will spend most of it's time hooked up to a Dell dock and monitor and will be used mainly for things such as productivity, email, and internet; as such, battery life wasn't a huge concern. Still, the laptop is compact enough to bring home in the odd chance she needs to do so and the touchscreen was a nice to have. Memory and Hard Drive space are all solid; we wanted to make sure that it had more than 8GB of RAM and at least 1 TB of Hard Drive Space. And the Core I7 seems to be humming along without issue. So far, we've seen no slow downs or cause for concerns. Overall, if you're looking for a solid, no frills machine this one was a good pick for $650.00

This Dell 15.6" touchscreen laptop is incredibly fast and responsive. The Intel Core i7 and 16GB RAM handle multitasking with ease, and the 1TB storage is more than enough. The 2K display is sharp and vibrant, perfect for work or streaming. Love the carbon black finish—highly recommended!

This laptop is a perfect choice for: Business Professionals: The powerful CPU and high-res screen are excellent for spreadsheets, presentations, and video conferencing. Students: A great "all-around" machine that will easily last through 4+ years of study. It's fast, has plenty of storage, and the high-res screen is great for research and writing. General Home Use: An excellent, premium-feeling machine for web browsing, streaming media (movies will look great on the 2K screen), and managing photos.

This is a great inexpensive laptop if you need one for everyday home or school use. It would not be the first choice if you were into high level gaming but other than that it has been excellent. The touchscreen is an added bonus. This laptop was a breeze to set up and if I can do it then anyone can. It is lightweight and has good sound quality. We connected it to a monitor for use on our desk and are very happy with the results. Would be perfect for home or school use.

I want to recognize and thank the Geek Squad staff at the Best Buy location on Caroline Street - Atlanta, Georgia. This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Flora, Pete, Hayden, Malcolm, Jeremiah, Christopher (sales) made every effort possible to ensure I ended up completely satisfied. What is normally a routine purchase of a laptop became anything but. Hayden was very helpful in my choice of the first computer. It met spec and budget needs, but after getting it home it was a little larger than I realized for my small office. He gladly helped me choose another laptop (smaller). Once home I could not get it to scan. I called the 24 hour service department. After two calls and approximately four hours, it still would not scan. I went back to the store. Pete and Jeremiah worked tirelessly to make it work. Pete even remarked he enjoyed a challenge - a testament to his dedication. It scanned at the store. Once home, it would not scan. Back to the store and it would not scan there either. Pete even took a call at home from the associate I was discussing the latest issue. Later, I returned to the store for an update. Malcolm was on duty. He was aware of the problem and began seeing what he could do. After some research on his part, it became apparent there was a history of the second computer not being compatible with my printer. With that determination, Malcolm and I knew the second computer was not going to be an option. Malcolm called Christopher in the sales department. He came over and took me to the computer section and showed me two options. His knowledge was amazing and could answer any question I had. I now have computer number three and I love it. I apologize for the detail, but there is no way to show how hard everyone worked to find a solution without it. Interestingly, my experience with the Geek Squad staff began two months earlier with Flora. I had purchased a tablet and needed assistance setting it up and syncing it with my laptop. I didn't have an appointment, but Flora started helping as soon as she was free. Her knowledge and customer skills are excellent. She was also heavily, involved with the above problem. She has assisted me several times and I am amazed how she maintains her composure as she fields one person after another needing assistance yet still focusing on the customer being helped. All with a smile. Without this incredible team, I'm sure I would have had no choice, but to return the second computer and then try to figure out what to do. I might add while, the help line is a viable option, the only way this was solved was because of the ability to work with someone face to face. Thank you again to everyone for staying with this until a solution was found. It is very much appreciated.

If you are looking for a decent budget laptop this is worthy of consideration. The build quality is good with some good components. 16GB memory is fine would be nice if more but you are on a budget. 1TB storage is impressive as is the Intel i7 processor. Where this laptop may fall short for some is the other components. The screen is touch with okay resolution but the nits (brightness) may be a problem especially outside or in a bright room. The track pad is not haptic and so so. The keyboard although full does not have the feel of a high end laptop but what can you expect. Getting the unit on sale will make the purchase easier. Should suit those needing a basic internet browsing experience and not expecting what you get in with higher end Dells.

Great laptop for college student. Light weight, good storage, touchscreen all valuable qualities

My new computer is great. The speed is really fast compared to my old one. And the capability is fantastic. No waiting for it to get what I need. Only downside are the speakers.

Fast, easy to use, and set up on my own. Only drawback is this model does not have the capability for facial recognition as a passkey.

My husband‘s old PC and not hold a charge anymore. It was physically coming apart at the hinge. I chose this Dell product because of the faster processor, bigger screen, and extended keyboard. It has clear, crisp pictures, and videos to watch.

Good size screen; has number keypad which is useful for my work; speed is great; I've been using Dell laptops for 15 years, my last one is 9 years old and still working; So worth the price!
