    Loved until now. All features were excellent an met every expectation I needed for school, zoom meeting, multiple desktop, ease of use, as well as optimal use with my visual disability. But we have arrived at 6.5 months later and won't hold charge and will only occasionally pick up a charge. Dell has been absolutely horrible to deal with and I'm angry. I won't purchase another one again.
