I had my previous machine in for service and although the only malfunction was a simple fan motor inside the case was told that the geeks could not fix my less than 2 year old machine. I "paid" for a complete data back-up and when I bought this new machine the transfer was not able to be accomplished by the geek of the day, so I have this new machine without any of my old data, which dated back to 2002 and I am NOT a happy customer. I feel I have been defrauded and am weighing my options.

The computer is great, however the sales experience was TERRIBLE! The sales price listed on the computer did not match the price at the register. 3 sales persons could not get the sales price on the register. This is the second time this has happened in 2 yrs at this location. Best Buy hopes the customer doesn't realize they are overpaying at the register compared to the sales price listed.

Fast but NOT fast enough for business office. It also has too many worthless apps. that we had to remove.

Very disappointed in Best Buy's trade-in program. Sent them a working unit using their boxes and instructions. They claimed the unit would not start and refused to honor the trade-in or return my unit.

Geek squad could not set up properly or pull up my iTunes songs & library. I took it into Geek squad 3 times & scheduled a home install. It was a 3 week wait on the home install & geek squad cancelled appointment at 8 pm the nigh prior to scheduled install.

This computer arrived DOA and I’m now 2 weeks into the process of trying to get it fixed.

It would not power on for me or the BESTBUY REP....

Great choice for a new home system. I researched new towers and narrowed down to a couple choices. After meeting with the sales rep, I decided for this model. After installing everything, I was very pleased with the unit. A beautiful upgrade from the old tower.

No problems with startup and Wi-Fi/bluetooth was able to quickly install my favorite programs

Very good for the Price. I have had multiple of those and they work great and last!!

I love this computer. it is faster than my other one.
